FAMIS allows users to submit facility requests online through a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week cloud based platform. Once a facility request is submitted online, the user will receive an immediate response indicating their request is in process. Consequently, the Maintenance team receives a prompt alert of the services being requested and the work can begin.
