I'm using spb Wireless Monitor to track my data usage on my HTC Diamond. Can't recall how much it cost, it wasn't a free program. Definitely cheaper than paying an overage fee from Rogers though. Rogers always clocks me slightly higher (not surprisingly) but overall it's pretty accurate.
